Who we are
Made in Elk, Washington
Precast by Design is a precast concrete manufacturer at 133 Allen Rd in Elk, Washington, just north of Spokane. We make standard products like stair treads, sills and wall caps, and we build custom precast to order — from a single replacement piece to full production runs for commercial projects.
Everything is made in our own plant. We build the molds, pour and finish every piece, and deliver it to your site. Keeping it all under one roof is how we hold our quality and keep our schedule promises.

We work from your plans and specs, provide submittals and shop drawings, and schedule production and delivery around your project timeline.
Masons
Your crew is waiting on the pieces. Sills, caps and treads are sized to the wall, finished to match, and delivered when you need them.
Subcontractors
Quick pricing on standard items and straight answers on lead times for custom work, so you can get your bid in.
Homeowners & Individuals
Replacing steps or capping a wall? We’ll walk you through sizes, finishes and installation so you get exactly what you need.
