Standard Precast Stair Treads
Eight standard models, all 12″ deep, cast in our own forms in Elk, WA. Broom-finish treads in flat and L-tread profiles with bracket or insert mounting, plus sandblast slab treads in four lengths.

How prices work
Prices are per piece. The full-pallet price applies once an order reaches one full pallet of that model. Below that, the single-piece price applies.
Finish charges
Sandblast finish adds $200.00 per order. It is included on sandblast models and available on any broom-finish model.
Not included
Delivery and sales tax are quoted separately. Custom lengths, profiles and hardware are quoted per project. Ask us about a custom form.
Prices effective October 2026 and subject to change. Weights are per piece; shipping weight adds about 25 lb per pallet. Drawings are representative; confirm dimensions on approved shop drawings.
